At Essence Ability, we believe families are strongest when they are supported, understood, and connected. Our Connected Family Program offers hands-on, tailored support to help families stay together and overcome life’s hurdles. These programs are designed as a voluntary, community-based early intervention service that helps families strengthen relationships, improve daily functioning, and build the skills they need to create lasting change. 

We work directly in the home, building on the strengths of each family and linking them with community services and natural support to reduce risks and keep children safe at home.

Our goal is to empower families, nurture resilience in children and young people, and lay the foundation for a brighter, more stable future.
